Alexia grew up on the west side of Atlanta and had a modest start.
After working for 6 years at a local Chick Fil A and luckily being fired, Alexia started her own credit repair company and built it to 6 figures in less than a year by helping thousands of clients leverage their credit scores and build wealth.
While growing her business Alexia also invested in her education, getting a double major in accounting and finance and a minor in French. Tackling business and college was no easy task, with thoughts of quitting school being extremely tempting. Her challenge grew bigger by becoming a single mom and raising her lovely daughter Amouri, but she stayed consistent, something she found to be one of the keys to succeeding in business.
Her first contact with real estate was a home she bought, renovated, and rented out in Cleveland, Ohio. Her Airbnb journey started after moving out of her condo and deciding to list it on Airbnb as an experiment. This small experiment turned into a business when the profits from this condo started covering the bills for two homes. Already business savvy, Alexia saw the opportunity and scaled her new Airbnb business fast. She discovered she loved it and was mastering it.
Wanting to share the knowledge, Alexia started mentoring others and managing their property through her Property Management Company (Alexia Wright Property Management Group) and Interior Design Company (The Wright Interiors). She was handling it all alone at first, which pushed her to create automated systems so she can free up time and scale.
After hitting a rough patch during the pandemic (with units going down to 10% occupancy), Alexia built her business back up by being consistent, having faith, and trusting God!
